It always happens this way. The motivation to utilize one of my most valuable resources; a neglected website I pay for annually because I’ve spent so much time trying to keep up with the mindless content creation and dule engagements of social media. Admittedly, I’m shamed. I want to set the intention to start directing more traffic this way in hopes to make myself and others avoid the endless doom scrolling when it comes to what Luxmore Broadcast has to offer. Let me remind myself why I created the website in the first place.
Luxmore Broadcast is a cornucopia of cool shit! It’s been a platform I can really shroud my love for an array of subjects. My love of tattoos is shown with the few months i was really into creating flash sheets. A space to display both the ability to show photography and videos. I can’t forget to one of the original purposes to proudly display the movie( and future movies) i make. Yes, I have a Youtube, yes I have the personal and professional Instagram, but here should be my safe place to share all, and any and all are welcome to visit anytime.
I can’t dedicate myself to one type of art form for too long like photography or music before it all begins to feel formulated, un-energizing and uninspired. It is at this point, I get imposter syndrome and begin to start comparing myself to others.
I find refuge when i can make the switch things up. Whether its posting and selling clothes, or exploring A.I. or writing post and thoughts that no one will read. lol.
So here we go, quick list of unfinished things I need to get on.
Music video for a friends we’ve talked about and never started. Make some kind of efforts to gather the team to work on Killing Charlene. List more clothes on Ebay and do more vintage events. The boys are getting bigger now so I really think they will enjoy goin to those. do more editorial photography. I will absolutely take any photography gigs I can get but I really feel like I’m doing my own thing when I think about creative photoshoots. I wanna see big hair, wild make up, outrageous outfits and these are not things people are traditionally want in their wedding and engagement photos in the central valley. But I would love to see that change happen and be embraced as someone people look to for that.
